It was the hottest day on record in years and of course our a/c unit stopped working and we have two babies in the home. He sent me a text right away saying he would contact me first thing in the am. He followed through and someone was here by 7:40am! They replaced the part and later in the day when the house still wasn’t cooling, they came back out to investigate further, and resolve the issue. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and were very informative about what they were doing. Highly recommend them and will be contacting them for all future hvac needs!! " S . 219-324-7894"Contacted Eric at 5:00 am, explaining that there was a problem with the air conditioning unit and of course we were in the middle of some very hot temperatures. Four hours later, Eric and his team were at my house determining exactly what the problem was. Turns out a computer board was bad, so they located the part and picked it up. Once they returned with it, a short time later the system was up and running. I use these guys over and over, wouldn't go anywhere else. Very professional and reasonable. " L .
